AYAM was born from the encounter of two minds, Marlene and Carla, who share the same dream: to help leaders step into a future where technology and humanity evolve together.
One of us came with the fire of AI curiosity, the other with the depth of human connection and emotional intelligence. Together, we saw that the world of work was rushing into AI without remembering the soul behind it. That tension inspired us.
We asked ourselves a simple question: "What if we could teach leaders not just to use AI, but to feel, lead, and inspire through it?"
From that question, AYAM was born—a place where AI upskilling meets conscious leadership, where learning isn’t just about tools but about transformation. We created AYAM for the pioneers inside organizations, the talent leaders who know that the future will belong to those who combine cognitive ferocity with emotional wisdom.

Builder of Coherent AI Systems
Carla is an AI strategist with a neuroscience edge and an Executive MBA from ESADE. Trained in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at The University of Texas, she has held leadership roles in marketing and operations across the fashion and retail industry.
She helps organizations scale smarter designing AI strategies that are clear, resilient, and aligned with real‑world business pressure.
Marlene
Architect of Embodied Leadership
Marlène is a leadership strategist and transformation facilitator with a decade of international experience in learning and development and edtech. She has led innovation in leadership programs, tech upskilling, and scalable coaching across industries.
Certified in coaching, NLP, and nervous system regulation, she builds the inner architecture leaders need to stay coherent, resilient, and human in times of rapid change.
