Our Story
AYAM was born from the meeting of two minds, Marlene and Carla, who share the same dream: to help leaders take a step towards a future where technology and humanity evolve together.
One of us came with the fire of curiosity for AI, the other with the depth of human connection and emotional intelligence. Together, we saw that the work world was rushing towards AI without remembering the soul behind it. That tension inspired us.
We asked ourselves a simple question: "What if we could teach leaders not just to use AI, but to feel, lead and inspire through it?"
From that question AYAM was born: a place where AI skills development meets conscious leadership, where learning is not just about tools but about transformation. We created AYAM for the pioneers within organizations, the talent leaders who know that the future will belong to those who combine cognitive ferocity with emotional wisdom.

The pioneers behind AYAM
Carla
Carla is an AI strategist with a neuroscientific perspective and an Executive MBA from ESADE. Trained in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at the University of Texas, she has held leadership positions in marketing and operations in the fashion and retail industry. She helps organizations scale more intelligently, designing AI strategies that are clear, resilient and aligned with real-world business pressure.
Marlene
Marlène is a leadership strategist and transformation facilitator with a decade of international experience in learning development and edtech. She has led innovation in leadership programs, technology skills development and scalable coaching across various industries. Certified in coaching, NLP and nervous system regulation, she builds the internal architecture that leaders need to stay coherent, resilient and human in times of rapid change.
